Recent research shows that instant messaging is “the new backbone of teenage communication,” and 70% of students prefer it over other communications methods. Because our service is similar to instant messaging, you can be sure that students will be fully engaged in their learning. And their comments confirm that they love it!
Our students are surveyed every time they have an online tutoring session, so we are constantly collecting and monitoring feedback on our service. Here are some key points from the surveys:

We also conducted a study of the service with a branch of Macquarie University in Sydney to monitor the performance of over 500 students in a key business mathematics course. This study identified a positive correlation between usage of our service and student performance.
Students who used the service for the trial period showed, on average, 3 times the improvement in their course as students who did not use it.
