Jack Goodman – CEO and Founder
Previously the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Tutor.com, Jack established the service in Australia. With many years international experience in education technology, Jack is also the founder of final-exam.com, a service delivering exam preparation materials to university students. He holds an M.Phil. from Jesus College , Cambridge (where he was a Marshall Scholar) and a B.A. (High Honours) from Princeton University.

Ross Maunsell – Director, Education Services
With more than 20 years spent in the education sector as a teacher and principal, Ross is well placed to understand the needs of educators. His additional 15 years of experience selling educational products and services also ensures that he is focused on understanding customer needs and how to best meet them.

Bill Langford – Director, Education Services
A teacher in Secondary and TAFE education for approximately 20 years, Bill left as an Associate Director to take on new challenges. Following this, Bill ran his own business for 10 years, overseeing a sales force and delivering education programmes extensively across the country. Bill joined Tutoring Australasia in 2006, bringing with him a strong belief in the importance of a good education for young people, a solid sales background, and a focus on supporting clients first. Bill’s values and hands-on approach have seen Australian-owned yourtutor reach even more local and international communities.

Mike Addicott – Director, Education Services
With over 20 years experience in the computer based education and e-learning industry, Mike has been responsible for the development of a wide range of traditional and e-learning training solutions for a wide range of Global and Australian organisations within the Education, Government and Corporate sectors and has extensive experience of designing and implementing new and innovative learning and development strategies.

Mark Geddes – Director, Education Services
Mark has managed very diverse teams across many industries and has brought two of his passions together in technology and learning. Mark spent the last ten years managing some of Australia’s most prominent businesses. In addition to an extensive public speaking history he brings a commercial perspective and passion to the local team. Mark is also particularly active in local education with membership on two school councils in WA, and with two children currently in primary and secondary schools. He holds a Business degree from Edith Cowan University with a double major in Marketing and Finance.

Adam McNeil – Director, Information Technology
With a background in systems administration and added experience as an online tutor, Adam manages internal systems and technical liaisons with customers. He is focused on the smooth operation of the system and making sure that any technical issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. He holds a B.Sc. (Computing and Information Systems) from Macquarie University.

Ciaran Smyth - Director, Tutoring Services
Ciaran holds both a Bachelor of Information Technology and a Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary) from the University of Western Sydney and has years of experience in both fields. Ciaran began work at the company as a tutor and rapidly established himself as one of the most talented and dedicated tutors on the team. Having an immense passion for, and extensive experience in online education, both internationally and within Australia, Ciaran brings a unique skill set that ensures the tutor team meets the highest standards of tuition provision.

Sarah Crossing – Marketing Manager
Sarah previously managed marketing and public relations in the Australian independent financial services sector and holds a BA with majors in English, History, and Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney. Sarah develops marketing and communication support and strategies to keep students, families, schools, libraries, and the government informed of yourtutor's unique service. With her own public, private, and international schooling, she is committed within a business that strives to give all students access to expert online education.

Alane Kataria-Rennie - Client Services Manager
As a Teach for America alum, Alane has teaching experience in under-resourced schools. When she was in the classroom, she would have loved for her students to receive quality, one to one tutoring and now feels privileged to promote and support a service as innovative as yourtutor. She holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Alexander Clatworthy - Director, Statistical Analysis
Alex began working for the company as a tutor and rapidly distinguished himself by his extensive subject knowledge and deep commitment to online education. He now works to ensure the tutoring service is run as efficiently as possible. Trained in statistics and information systems, he makes sure that every student who comes to yourtutor gets the best learning experience possible.

Gabe Hollombe - Lead Software Engineer
Gabe has over ten years of experience building websites and web applications. He is passionate about giving people great experiences with technology and reads way too many blogs to keep up with the latest trends in web application design, agile development methodologies and user interface best practices. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fiction Writing from the University of Southern California.

Ganesh Shankar - Software Engineer
Ganesh has several years of experience working with medical and high-technology research and development organisations. He believes in using technology to improve information distribution and is especially passionate about utilising web-based applications as a means of achieving this. Ganesh holds a Master of Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) with honours from the University of New South Wales.

Cameron Batt - Designer (UX)/Software Engineer
Cameron is a designer with a technical focus. With several years experience working with and supporting web based systems he appreciates how good design, particularly in relation to usability can positively affect student outcomes and how technology can be used to achieve this. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Design (Industrial Design) with honours from The University of Newcastle.
